This piece titles Color Parade was all about letting color and movement take over. I started by playing with bright watercolor washes and then added loose line work, watching shapes begin to feel like figures standing together—each one a little different, but part of the same rhythm.

I loved how the colors drip, blend, and overlap, creating a sense of motion and energy while the darker shapes ground everything below. It’s abstract, but there’s a feeling of togetherness and personality that comes through.
