This watercolor painting was inspired by a memorable encounter with a Eurasian Hawk Owl at a wildlife rescue center. During a live demonstration, the owl flew directly over me and lightly tapped my head with its foot. It was a surprising and unforgettable moment. I was able to capture incredible close-up reference photos.
