This piece was inspired by the feeling of a warm fall day, when the leaves are just starting to turn and the breeze keeps everything gently in motion. I wanted the lines and layered colors to feel like leaves shifting, curling, and moving through the air rather than sitting still.
I worked intuitively, letting the yellows, golds, and earthy browns flow and overlap the way light and wind move through autumn trees. It’s less about a literal landscape and more about capturing that moment when fall feels calm, golden, and alive.
