Print of Gouldian Finches and Hibiscus Colored Pencil Drawing

This colored pencil drawing inspiration came from visiting an aviary with exotic birds.  I was captivated by the intense colors of these cute little guys. They had a bunch of personality too!
 
I used color, texture, and contrast, letting the deep background push the birds and bloom forward. It felt special to draw this Australian native, something I'll probably never do in person. 

This piece is for anyone who loves flowers, birds, and art that shows an appreciation of nature.
